Getting Started…What do you need to do?
Not much. Just call us with your credit card number and then e-mail us a list of the 100 names you want called (along with their phone numbers and along with what you’d like us to speak about), and, in just a couple of weeks, it’s done.
What will we do for YOU?
We’ll devise calling notes written expressly to your specifications. Then we’ll start ringing your customer’s home phones and speaking with them (with no script…and nothing between us but the phone and the client.)
We guarantee making two phone calls, each at different times of the day, to everyone on your list, before leaving a personalized message for the phone call recipient to return our call.
We will create a log of each phone call we make and include the dates and times we call each client on that list.
We also will provide you with comments made by each of the 100 people with whom we speak. Although most of your clients will be thrilled to know they are thought of by you as among your “Top 100”, it stands to reason that, if someone does have a gripe, he or she might be more inclined to tell us about it than they would be to tell YOU. With these comments as a tool, you can get a true perception of your company as others see it, and you can quickly fix any grievances before they loom too large.
What do we charge?
$725 per calling list of 100 clients/customers - if sign on for 1 time only during one year period
$675 x 2 = $1350 per calling list of 100 clients/customers - if sign on for 2 times during a one-year period $650 x 3 = $1950 per calling list of 100 clients/customers - if sign on for 3 times during a one-year period $600 x 4 = $2400 per calling list of 100 clients/customers - if sign on for 4 times during a one-year period
